Recipe: Easy Indoor S’mores
Who doesn’t love roasting marshmallows over a campfire and making s’mores? There’s just something about s’mores that reminds me of my childhood. Unfortunately in many parts of the country you can’t always go outside and roast marshmallows to create this yummy treat. Here is an easy recipe for creating s’mores in the comfort of your kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 1 10-ounce bag of marshmallows
- 2 sleeves of graham crackers
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 package (12 ounce) Hershey’s milk chocolate baking chips
Directions:
Break graham crackers into small pieces and set aside. Over low heat, in a medium saucepan cook the butter and marshmallows until melted completely. Remove from heat and stir in the graham cracker pieces. Spread mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy.
