Recipe: Fast Fruit Dip
Do you have trouble getting your children to eat fresh fruit? How about offering them a tasty dip along with their fresh fruit to get them to eat more? Here’s a really quick and easy recipe for a fruit dip. There are just two ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
Mix both ingredients together.
That’s it! It’s quick to make so you don’t have to worry about making it ahead of time and storing in the refrigerator. It’s a great treat with any kind of fresh fruit – melons, strawberries, peaches, or even bananas.
